Pulled the doggy quilt out of the dryer this morning, and I was really happy with how it turned out. I might have to make myself one soon... 
You gotta love Amy Butler... even though I was initially a bit disappointed to find out that her new line, Solids, was without any of the amazing patterns and designs we normally find in her work... I've since come to appreciate the idea of having a line of quality solids that will mix & match with her other lines perfectly. Besides, August Fields is amazing enough to keep me happy for at least a few months...!
And these two free quilt patterns are gorgeous aren't they? I'm actually considering doing one quilt with both of them, on opposite sides.
