Okay, so maybe this is a little creepy... and perhaps it gives you the heebie jeebies and whatnot... but can you deny the beauty of these steampunk insects?
Yes, they're real insects (I believe found, not killed) outfitted by Mike Libby with tiny watch, sewing machine & typewriter parts to create tiny sculptures.
I think they're quite breathtaking. You may disagree, but to each their own, right?
that is amazing! Insects get very brittle when they die and are so delicate the fact that he can do anything like this with them is amazing! This is truly a work of art and I think you for sharing!
Very lovely insects specially the mantis. As I know about it. It is very old insect and it looks still same as it was in past. It was the symbol of many victories Nations and they respect it as their Lord.
As a crafter and a graphic designer, I've worked hard to fill my world with beautiful, creative ideas and images. This blog is my attempt to bring those worlds together and share them with you.
Many of the projects posted on these pages are made by others. I do my best to present links to all of the original pages & artists. Please take some time to support these people with your time, word of mouth, and in some cases purchases.
